   Answer: Normally lost passwords are recovered using the password reminders feature. Please see the referenced help file for more information.

   If you do not have the 'forgotten password' feature enabled you must contact us to recover your password. Please include the name and email address of the original registrant of the software so we may dig up your license (if you do not know the name or email of the original registrant you must contact us via phone). We will be able to send you a temporary login which will allow you to reset the super user password.

   So that the website search finds this answer we also call the super user password the 'administrator password', 'administration login', 'admin password' or 'admin login'.
