    Answer: You may do this using a feature called event notification.

    Use this feature to notify the webmaster or a group of users when something changes on the calendar.

    Important Note: Our software does not have a feature called reminders by which we mean there is no way to have the software send out reminders of impending events. The feature event notification feature sends emails when something changes such as an event is added or removed, or a note is added to an event. This happens at the time of the change - not the time of the scheduled event.
