    When you export your events you may include the event id. If you do so you may then use that event id when you re-import the events to match existing events. In this way your imported events may be used to update the existing events.

    The event review screen provides an icon that allows you to download an event directly into MS Outlook however this is not really a syncronization since its only one direction.
